How does the process to buy an eGift card work?

The process takes about 1-3 minutes. Follow these simple steps below and voilà, you’ve purchased the gift of a vibrant dining experience at 12 distinct restaurants!

 

  1. Click on the image you would like to choose for your eGift card
  2. Select a denomination from our drop down or enter your own value and then the quantity you would like to purchase
  3. Click CONTINUE
  4. Fill out your recipient’s information (you will need their email address)
  5. Click CONTINUE
  6. Choose to send your eGift immediately or schedule a delivery date in the future
  7. Click ADD TO CART
  8. Now, choose to add another eGift to your cart OR check out
  9. Enter your billing and payment info
  10. Review your order and click Submit and voilà!
Do eGift purchases qualify for the holiday gift card promotion?

Yes! You will receive a free $100 eGift card for every $500 purchased. Offer valid from November 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.

Do the free $100 eGift cards have any limitations?

Yes. But we think you will enjoy this perk! Free eGift card(s), meaning the bonus $100 with every $500 purchased, will be sent in a separate email to the person purchasing the gift card. So, the value cannot be rolled into the eGift card being sent to your recipient. But don’t worry, if this does not fit your holiday needs, our physical gift cards may be purchased and include free shipping through December 31st! Any qualifying free physical gift cards will roll into the total amount when shipped directly to a recipient.

Can I send an eGift card to a friend?

Yes! Check off your entire holiday list with our one stop shopping eGift cards. For added convenience, choose to send your eGift card instantly or schedule it to be received on a date of your choice (…like Christmas morning).

Can I buy an eGift card for myself?

Yes! Simply enter your own email address in the recipient’s information. You will receive a confirmation email and an email with your actual eGift card.

How is my gift card mailed and when can I expect to receive it?

Orders will be processed and delivered within 7-10 business days. Depending on the size of the order, gift cards are mailed via USPS First Class mail or FedEx Ground. (We are at the mercy of the shipping partners, and bad weather or holidays may cause a delay in packages to be delivered on time.)

Can I request my gift card be expedited?

During some holidays, we do offer an overnight shipping option right on the gift card order form. During time periods where this option is not offered online, if you have a specific request, we encourage you to reach out to us via email at info@NewportRestaurantGroup.com or by phone at 401.619.7181 every Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST. Whenever possible, we are glad to ship overnight or two day to ensure you receive your order in time.

Can I send my gift card directly to a recipient?

Yes, simply select the check box that says “Is this a gift?” and you will be able to add a personalized message and a shipping address for your recipient.

Will I be able to choose multiple denominations of the gift cards I order?

Yes. On the order form, you will be able to select your denominations from an assortment of commonly purchased amounts.  If you are looking to place an order for denominations not listed on the online form, please call us at 401.619.7181, we will be glad to help assist with your order.
