Beginning Monday March 25th, NRG joins the Rhode Island Seafood Collaborative by celebrating Quahog Week from March 25 – 31! During the week, restaurants and markets across Rhode Island will celebrate this sustainable resource and its year-round availability by featuring a quahog dish on their menu. Naturally, NRG is bringing great tastes to the table to celebrate. Here is what’s being featured:
