With our new mobile app, you can:

  • Check-in to our restaurants – using the app to generate a mobile check in code that can be given to your server – no need to provide a loyalty card or your phone number.
  • View your account balance and rewards at the tap of a finger
  • Add a recent check – forgot to get points during a visit? Simply open the app and enter in your recent check details and your points are immediately added to your account.
  • Refer a friend to sign up for Fare Rewards – and earn fifty points per referral who signs up.

Existing members, you will need to set a password for your account. This can be done by selecting the “I already have an account” and Forgot password. A password link will be sent to the email address associated with your loyalty account.

Don’t have an account? It’s so easy to join, just pick from one of three options below:

  • Text to enroll – Simply text keyword FARE and your email address to 7357 (PERKS) and follow the prompts to sign up.
  • Download our Newport Restaurant Group Fare Rewards app in the App Store and sign up.
  • Click here to sign up online.

 

As of May 14th, BENE members have been rolled into our Fare Rewards program. BENE loyalty cards remain active and will be accepted at all Newport Restaurant Group locations (as well as, Papa Razzi gift cards). If you were already a member of Fare Rewards, and the account was registered under the same email, we’ve simply combined all points and credits onto your Fare Rewards account. Click on the ‘Already a member’ link above to access your account online.

Earning Points

  • When dining at a Newport Restaurant Group location, just let us know you are a member: either by using your card, or by asking your server or bartender to lookup your account by phone number, or provide your mobile checkin code.
  • Points can be earned on any food or beverage purchase. Points cannot be earned on tax and gratuity.
  • Points can be earned for dollars spent only and cannot be earned on reward dollars redeemed.
  • A maximum of 1000 points can be earned per account, per day.
  • Points cannot be earned on the purchase of gift cards.
  • Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • To earn points, the member must be the one paying the bill.
  • We reserve the right to cancel accounts that have no activity over a 24-month time frame.

Redeeming Rewards

  • Each time you reach 200 points, the 200 points will automatically be debited from your current point balance and converted into $15 credit on your account. There is no certificate; the credit is simply applied right to your account.
  • Credits cannot be used the same day you earn the credit.
  • Guests must request to apply credits towards a bill; simply ask your server. A portion or the full credit amount may be applied but cannot be used for gratuity. Rewards will automatically be deducted at time of request.
  • Credits earned cannot be redeemed during private dining events.
  • In an effort to preserve the integrity of our frequent diner program, photo identification may be required.
  • The FARE REWARDS program may change or be canceled without prior notice.
