Enter in your recent check details and your points are immediately added to your account. New to the app? We recommend clicking “I already have an account” when opening the app. You will use the email address attached to your account to login. If you do not have a password, simply click on the Forgot? button and follow the prompts.

First things first, A check cannot be added the same day as your visit. A check must be at least 24 hours old before it can be added by a guest. Once the check reaches the proper age, please try adding it to your account on the mobile app at that time.
Second, If you are using an Android device, we are working to correct a glitch with the restaurant drop-down menu. We hope to have this corrected very soon. In the meantime, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your phone number, check number, date you dined and restaurant location and we will load your points within 1-2 business days.

This is good news! It means you have earned a $15 rewards credit to be used anytime. Each time you reach 200 points, we automatically debit 200 points from your account, and then add the rewards credit to your account. When you login to your account online, click on the “Reward Credit History tab” to view your current available credits. Or view your available rewards on the Fare Rewards mobile app by clicking on the “My Account” from the main menu. Don’t have the app? Download it now from the App Store on your mobile device.

Yes you can! Yes, please contact our Customer Loyalty Concierge to assist you with deactivating one account and we will transfer the balance to the account you would like to keep active. Please note, each member account is unique and we are unable to offer duplicate account numbers for multiple users. However, you do not have to present your Fare Rewards card to earn points. Your server is happy to look up an account by phone number and name when a family member is dining.
Good news! We have recently gone card-less with our Fare Rewards loyalty program. To receive points or redeem credits simply provide the server with the phone number attached to your rewards card. Or you can provide the server with your mobile checkin code accessed through our Fare Rewards app.
Cyber Monday takes place each year for one day only beginning at 12:01 AM on the first Monday after Thanksgiving.
