The Sous Chef will be part of a passionate culinary team and will work with the Executive Chef to oversee and lead the daily operations. The ideal Sous Chef candidate will be highly motivated, driven to succeed, passionate about food, well versed in menu development, team-building, and work well with our front of house team.
Responsibilities of the Sous Chef position include, but are not limited to: supervision of and coordination of all kitchen activities; daily management of kitchen operations; and oversight of employees preparing and cooking food.
We are looking for someone who has management experience in a hotel restaurant and oversee the PM service in our fine dining restaurant. A minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager is required for consideration. Culinary Arts degree preferred, but we will hire candidates with a strong culinary background.
