The Sous Chef will be part of a passionate culinary team and will work with the Executive Chef to oversee the daily operations. The ideal Sous Chef candidate will be highly motivated, driven to succeed and will have a passion for cooking, ingredients, technique. This position is perfect for a motivated individual with management and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities of the Sous Chef position include but are not limited to; daily management of kitchen operations; supervision of and coordination of all kitchen activities; oversight of employees preparing and cooking food; training and development of others around them.
A minimum of three to five years of experience is required for consideration and a Culinary Arts degree is preferred, but we will hire candidates with a strong culinary background.
