Successful Line Cook candidates will have a strong sense of urgency, an upbeat, positive attitude, and the ability to work well with a small team. Excellent knife skills and a strong knowledge of proper cooking techniques are also required.
Applicants must have a minimum of 1 years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-end, high- volume, fast-paced restaurant, along with strong grill and sauté knowledge.
We are looking for employees with full time availability. Ideal candidates will be flexible and able to work days, nights, and weekends; some holidays may also be required.
