WHAT YOU’LL DO
No two shifts are exactly the same, but here’s the heart of the role:
- Keep dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment clean, sanitized, and back in rotation – fast
- Maintain a clean and organized dish station throughout the entire shift
- Assist with taking out the trash, breaking down boxes, and keep back-of-house areas tidy
- Support the kitchen team with basic tasks as needed – this crew takes care of each other
- Follow food-safety and sanitation standards at all times
WHO YOU ARE
No experience required – just the right attitude. You do need:
- A strong work ethic and the ability to move with purpose during a busy shift
- Reliability – your team counts on you to show up and show out every shift
- A positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever you’re needed
- The ability to stay focused and organized in a loud, fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS
On paper, you bring:
- No prior kitchen experience required — we’re happy to train the right person
- Comfort standing for extended periods in a hot, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move up to 40–50 lbs (bus tubs, cases, equipment)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
