The Lawn at Castle Hill is looking for a Seasonal Restaurant Manager to add to our team of leaders for the 2020 season and beyond. We are growing quickly in terms of our offerings and capacities, and have high expectations for this trend to grow. This is a floor management position, where 90% of your time would be spent in the restaurant in presence of staff and guests.
Primary tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting staff with daily guest service to make excellent experiences
- Generating positive relationships with guests
- Ensuring all standard operating procedures regarding quality standards, and COVID/cleanliness standards are met
Previous restaurant leadership in a full-service environment is required, with the following preferences:
- Open Table usage
- Aloha POS systems
- Hotel or multi-space restaurant experience
- Outdoor high volume
Pay structure may be hourly or salary, depending on experience. Start date would be as early as possible, with an end date between October 1st and November 15th.
