We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who is passionate, energetic and to whom pleasing and impressing guests comes naturally. The ideal candidate will be a quality driven leader, have a strong hospitality and service background, and is able to foster a culture of positivity, growth and teamwork.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the oversight and management of all daily restaurant operations. General responsibilities include but are not limited to: hiring and training, hands on development of employees, coaching and counseling, scheduling, reconciliation of daily revenues, invoicing and inventory. Extensive wine and spirit knowledge preferred.
A minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale, high volume, establishment, is desired for consideration.
