Castle Hill Inn is looking for a talented and motivated Pastry Sous Chef to join our team.
At Castle Hill, you will work in a professionally run kitchen with a passionate culinary team, and have the opportunity to learn and master a wide range of techniques.
Ideal candidates will be passionate about food, have a strong sense of urgency, positive attitude and the ability to work well with a team.
This is a leadership position that is responsible for daily inventory and production of all pastry related menu items. The right candidate will have a great deal of creativity, will be highly motivated and will be able to handle the volume of desserts that will be demanded of an organization of this size.

To be considered – Minimum of 2 years of pastry production experience. Associate degree in baking and pastry preferred but we will hire candidates with exceptional experience. Must be flexible to work early mornings, days, nights, and weekends; some holidays are also required.
