The Front Desk Agent is the primary point of contact for all guests of the hotel and restaurant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to checking-in/checking-out guests, making/modifying/cancelling reservations; and greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Ability to resolve guest conflicts and complaints while ensuring guest satisfaction is a must. Communicating and coordinating with other departments including dining, maintenance, valet, sales, and housekeeping. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is also required to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Must have full time availability and some college experience is preferred.
