We are currently looking for a passionate, talented and motivated Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team!
Responsibilities include the supervision of and coordination of all kitchen activities, daily management of kitchen operations and oversight of employees preparing and cooking food. Sanitation knowledge is a must, and knowledge of food cost controls, inventory, and P&L statements is a plus!
The right candidate will have a strong culinary background and be passionate about food and the guest experience. We are seeking a culinary leader who is professionally polished with a strong work ethic.
A minimum of 3-5 years of previous experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high volume, full service establishment is required for consideration. Culinary Arts degree preferred, but we will hire candidates with exceptional experience.
