Supervisor candidates should have at least 3-5 years of restaurant experience, with supervisory/trainer experience at full-service restaurants. Must have passion for growth within the hospitality industry and a very strong base of food and beverage knowledge. Education in the hospitality is field is a plus but not required.
Supervisors work daily alongside our servers and support staff to ensure guest satisfaction in every meal as well as keep the shift working smoothly for all employees. This is a floor supervisor position with constant guest and employee contact, working in tandem with the management team for the best possible results each day.
Shift start times range from 6:30am – 12pm and shift length is usually between 6-10 hours. This will be a full-time position with an average of 40 hours per week, starting in may through mid-October. High energy, diligence, and a passion for teamwork & service is key to success at The Lawn restaurant. Alcohol safety certification is required.
