Candidates will be responsible for supervising operations of all dining services, including coaching, counseling and administrative paperwork. Additional requirements include managing the flow of the restaurant, prioritizing tasks and maintaining our standards of service. We are looking for people who will take pride in building lasting relationships with guest and co-workers alike.
The ideal candidates will have 3-5 years in the hospitality industry with at least 1-2 year in a supervisory role in a high volume, fine dining restaurant. Ideal candidates will be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends and some holidays may be required. Must be efficient with Excel, Word, Open Table, Aloha, and scheduling. This job is all about emphasizing and enhancing the guest experience! We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and wants to get started in a company where they can grow and develop.
Alcohol certification is required.
