The Digital Marketing Manager will be part of our in-house marketing team, and will be responsible for the planning, execution and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, oversight of social media presence, management of loyalty and gift card platforms, creating and managing social media profiles, as well as the management and oversight of third party digital partners.  This role oversees two direct reports.

The Digital Marketing Manager must have a Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on hospitality and luxury brands a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: include the following but are not limited to;

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Managing Loyalty and Gift Card Systems for accuracy and reporting
  • Managing New Media and being able to report on effectiveness of current promotions
  • Project management of digital marketing implementations (i.e. Loyalty systems, online ordering platforms)

Competencies:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital
  • Campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B testing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Knowledge on loyalty systems and their effectiveness and best practices
  • Ability to multi-task and to keep pace with the changing technology landscape
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experiencing in managing a team of 2-4 members
