The Chef de Cuisine will be part of a passionate culinary team and will work with the Executive Chef to oversee and lead the daily operations. The ideal candidate for Chef de Cuisine will have a passion for cooking, ingredients, technique. This position is perfect for a motivated culinarian with management and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; planning, assigning, and directing work; training and development of others around them; appraising performance and resolving problems. A minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Chef De Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a full-service establishment is required for consideration. Culinary Arts degree preferred, but we will hire candidates with exceptional experience.
