The Catering and Private Dining Sales Manager will be responsible for generating private dining sales for our Providence and Tiverton locations. This person will be actively prospecting and qualify close/new business, conduct site inspections, negotiate contracts, prepare event costing summaries, write proposals, prepare invoices, handle inquiries, and re-book repeat business.
Ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or University; or at least two year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position is based out of our Newport office location and will include travel to the restaurant locations.
