Where can I access the Cyber Monday special offer?

The sale can be accessed on the Newport Restaurant Group website, beginning at 12:01 AM on Monday, December 2, 2024.  A link to the sale is also sent to all Fare Rewards members who have opted into email communications around 9 AM on December 2nd.

Purchases made prior to or after December 2nd are not eligible for the Cyber Monday promotion.

Can I purchase Cyber Monday eGift cards?

You can purchase the Cyber Monday sale in the form of eGift cards. To qualify, you must purchase a minimum of $1,000. It is important to note that while all eGift cards (including bonus cards) will be delivered electronically, your $175 Dining Voucher(s) will be processed and mailed within 7 business days and delivered to the billing address used to purchase.

Can I purchase the Cyber Monday promotion in the restaurant?

No. Orders must be placed online.

Is there a charge for shipping?

Yes, there is a $5 charge for shipping and handling on all orders.

What happened to the Castle Hill Inn Stay promotion?

In an effort to make this promotion less stressful and available to a wider audience, we moved to an opt-in system. All Fare Reward members were emailed in mid-October about our special opt-in. The email contained a link for you to sign up to be included in the opt-in if you were interested at that time. The opt-in sign up closed on October 31st.

How are the packages mailed?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days and are mailed through USPS Priority Mail.

When will I see my Fare Rewards points loaded to my account?

Fare Rewards points will be loaded to your account about 5 days after purchase. Additional spend exceeding the deal will also earn points on this date.

Will the complimentary cards and the Dining Voucher be included in my package?

Yes! The complimentary gift cards and certificate(s) will be automatically included and shipped with your order. Please review the certificates immediately for important dates and terms and conditions.

When can I use my Dining Voucher?

The dining vouchers are valid Sunday through Thursday from November 1, 2024 through May 22, 2025 and then later in the year from September 15, 2025 through November 20, 2025 only. Vouchers cannot be redeemed at Foodlove Market. Excludes holidays and is based on availability. Reservations are required for in person dining. Please mention your cyber voucher when booking a reservation or placing your take-out order. Certificates must be presented upon arrival. Your voucher is good for one-time use up to $175 on food only. Cannot be combined with any other voucher and cannot be used towards private dining or catering orders.

I do not know my Fare Rewards card number, do I need it?

Fare Rewards card numbers are no longer required on the Cyber Monday order form. Simply enter your phone number attached to your Fare Rewards account. Not sure if your phone number is listed on your account? Simply login to your account online or on the app where you can update your profile information any time. Or your phone number may be found at the bottom of our Cyber Monday email notifications.

Will I be able to choose the denominations of the gift cards I order?

Yes. You will be able to select quantities of $50, $100, $200, $500, $1,000, $1,500 denominations. So, if you’d like to receive all $100 denominations be sure to enter a quantity of either 10 or 15 in the $100 denomination field. Please take your time and review your purchase so you select the denominations you want before finalizing your order.

What happens if I order the wrong denominations?

All requests for new cards will be subject to a $18.00 shipping fee. We recommend knowing the denominations you would like to purchase prior to the start of the sale. All requests should be requested at this link: DENOMINATION CHANGES . Your order will be reprocessed and shipped within 7 business days.

If I want to purchase more than the minimum ($1,000), do I need to place separate orders in order to get additional Dining Vouchers and Fare Rewards points?

No. Your order should be placed all at once and we will be sure to include all additional bonuses along with your package. (We don’t want you to incur any additional $5 shipping charges if you don’t have to!)

Can I use the gift cards I purchase for a wedding or special event at one of your restaurants?

No. Gift cards purchased through a promotion cannot be used to pay for any private dining event at our restaurants, The Bohlin or Castle Hill Inn. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Sales Team representative.
