#1 When In Newport Take right onto Thames Street (just past "Wave" statue). Continue down Thames to Wellington Avenue. Turn right onto Wellington Avenue. This is the beginning of the famous "Ocean Drive". At the first stop sign, turn right onto Harrison Avenue. At the second stop sign, turn right again onto Harrison Avenue. At the fork in the road, bear right onto Ridge Road. After going past the Coast Guard Station the road turns sharply to the right and then to the left. The Castle Hill entrance is the first driveway on the right. Follow the signs for Ocean Drive to help guide you through Newport.

#2 From Route 24 South - From Boston Area Take I-93 South, to Route 24 South, to Route 114 South, which becomes Broadway in Newport. Continue down Broadway to Washington Square. Take left onto Thames Street, pass Brick Market, then bear right to get to traffic light. At light, take left onto America's Cup Avenue (South), stay in right lane. (See #1)

#3 Alternate Route From Bellevue Avenue (Mansion Area) Go South on Bellevue Avenue. At the bottom of Bellevue Avenue, the road curves around to the right. Take second left onto Ocean Avenue (the water will be on your left). Continue on Ocean Avenue until you pass Brenton Point State Park. Castle Hill will be the first driveway on your left.

#4 From T.F. Green Airport (Providence) Take I-95 South towards New York. Take exit 9, LEFT EXIT! to Route 4 South to Route 138 East. Follow Route 138 over the Jamestown Bridge and then over the Newport Bridge. Take first exit off bridge (Scenic/Downtown Newport). Make right at end of exit ramp. At second light take right onto America's Cup Avenue. Stay in right hand lane. (See #1)

#5 From I-95 North - From New York Area From I-95 North, take exit 3A (in Rhode Island) to Route 138 East. Follow Route 138 over the Jamestown Bridge and then over the Newport Bridge. Take first exit off bridge (Scenic/Downtown Newport). Make right at end of exit ramp. At second light take right onto America's Cup Avenue. Stay in right hand lane. (See #1)

#6 From Cape Cod Take Bourne or Sagamore Bridge to Route 25 West, to I-195 West, to Route 24 South via exit 8A.. Route 24 will merge into Route 114 South, which becomes Broadway in Newport. Continue down Broadway to Washington Square. Take left onto Thames Street, pass Brick Market, then bear right to get to traffic light. At light, take left onto America's Cup Avenue (South), stay in right lane. (See #1)

#7 From Western Massachusetts/Northern New York Take the Mass Pike (90) East to exit 10A to Route 20 East to Route 146 South. (This part is a little confusing, as the exit literally appears with no warning.) Take I-295 South to I-95 South. Take exit 9, LEFT EXIT! to Route 4 South to 138 East. Follow Route 138 over the Jamestown Bridge and then over the Newport Bridge. Take first exit off bridge (Scenic/Downtown Newport). Make right at end of exit ramp. At second light take right onto America's Cup Avenue. Stay in right hand lane. (See #1)

#8 From Hartford Take Route 2 East to I-95 North. Take Exit 3A to Route 138 East. Follow Route 138 over the Jamestown Bridge and then over the Newport Bridge. Take first exit off bridge (Scenic/Downtown Newport). Make right at end of exit ramp. At second light take right onto America's Cup Avenue. Stay in right hand lane. (See #1)

From New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Points South:
Take Interstate 95 North to Route 138 East - Exit 3 around Hope Valley, RI. Continue on Route 138 to Newport Bridge ($2.00 toll). Take first exit off Newport Bridge (Scenic Newport) turn right off exit ramp and drive straight through 1st set of traffic lights. At 2nd set of lights turn right onto America's Cup Avenue. Follow America's Cup until the 4th set of traffic lights, Bowen's Wharf is on your right.

From Cape Cod and Points East:
Take 195 West to Fall River. Take exit for Newport Route 24 South. Follow Route 24 South, which turns into Route 114. Follow Route 114 into Newport. Approximately one mile from city line, just past Newport City Hall, turn right onto Marlborough Street. Proceed to the traffic light on America's Cup Avenue and take a left. Follow America's Cup Avenue through 2 traffic lights. 22 Bowen's will be on your right at the second light.

From Boston:
Take Interstate 93 South out of Boston to Route 24 South. Take exit for Newport Route 24 South. Follow Route 24 South, which turns into Route 114. Follow Route 114 into Newport. Approximately one mile from city line, just past Newport City Hall, turns right onto Marlborough Street. Proceed to the traffic light on America's Cup Avenue and take a left. Follow America's Cup Avenue through 2 traffic lights. At the second light, 22 Bowen's will be on your right.

From Points North and Northwest:
Take Route 95 South. At the split of 95 South, about 10 miles south of Providence, Rhode Island, the two left lanes lead toward Route 4 South (North Kingstown, East Greenwich) at exit 9. Route 4 South merges into Route 1 South after the second traffic light. From Route 1 South take the exit for the Jamestown/Newport Bridges which leads to Route 138 East. The Jamestown Bridge leads to the Newport Bridge ($2.00 toll). Take the first exit off the Newport Bridge (Scenic Newport) and take a right at the end of the exit ramp onto Farewell Street. At the second traffic light take a right onto America's Cup Avenue. Follow America's Cup until the 4th set of traffic lights and Bowen's Wharf will be on your right.

From 24 take the exit that says RT 138 N for North Tiverton.

From 24 N - Make a left onto Route 138. Go past Sakonnet Bay Manor and The Villages on Mount Hope Bay will be on your left hand side. Make a right at the bend in the road. Make a left into the Villages. Follow Schooner Drive all the way down to the water. Boat House Restaurant is located at 227 Schooner Drive.

From 24 S - Take the North Tiverton exit, the exit directly after the Fish Road exit. Make a right onto Route 138. Go past Sakonnet Bay Manor and The Villages on Mount Hope Bay will be on your left hand side directly across from Souza Road. Make a left into the Villages. Follow Schooner Drive all the way down to the water. Boat House Restaurant is located at 227 Schooner Drive.

Follow Route 24 South to Fall River/Newport exit, stay in right lane - 100 yards on 195 West and take first exit ramp back onto Route 24 South. Follow to Route 114 South into Newport. Approximately one mile from city line, just past Newport City Hall, turns right onto Marlborough Street. Proceed to the traffic light on America’s Cup Avenue and take a left. Follow through 2 traffic lights. After the second light, the Mooring Restaurant will be on your right after around 100 feet. Parking - refer to below

From Points North and Northwest:
Take Interstate 95 South to 195 east to Route 24 South, just after Fall River, MA. Continue on Route 24 South to Route 114 South. Route 114 South will take you directly into Newport. Approximately one mile from the city line, just past Newport City Hall, turns right onto Marlborough Street. Proceed to the traffic light on America’s Cup Avenue and take a left. Follow through 2 traffic lights. After the second light, the Mooring Restaurant will be on your right after around 100 feet. Parking - refer to below

From I-95S Keep Left to take RI-4 S via Exit 9 toward North Kingstown. RI-4 becomes Tower Hill Rd/ US-1 S. Continue to follow US-1 S. Take the Narragansett exit ramp. Turn Left underneath overpass and enter roundabout, take 2nd road in roundabout onto RI-1A/Kingstown Rd. Take Right at 1st light, stay on Kingstown Rd. Trio will be on your left in the Pier Marketplace shopping center.

From Points East:
Take RI-138 E toward Jamestown/ New York (Portions toll) Take a slight Left onto RI-138 W. Take a slight Right onto US-1S / RI-138W / Tower Hill Road. Continue to follow US-1S. Take the Narragansett exit ramp. Turn Left underneath overpass and enter roundabout and take 2nd road in roundabout onto RI-1A/Kingstown Rd. Take Right at 1st light, stay on Kingstown Rd. Trio will be on your left in the Pier Marketplace shopping center.

From Points South:
West Take US-1 N. Take the ramp toward Narragansett/ Point Judith. Turn Right onto Woodruff Ave. Turn Left onto RI-108 N/ Point Judith Rd. Enter next roundabout and take 1st exit onto RI-1A/Kingstown Rd. Take Right at 1st light, stay on Kingstown Rd. Trio will be on your left in the Pier Marketplace shopping center.

From Points North due to construction the Gano street exit is closed. Temporary directions are:
Take 95 South to 195 E.
Take exit 2 “Wickendon Street.”
At the end of the ramp (at the light) take a left onto Wickendon Street.
Stay on Wickendon Street until it ends
Take a left onto Gano street
Take a right on Pitman
Follow Pitman until it ends
Restaurant is on the right behind the pink office building
You may park in the lot in front of that office building

From Points South:
Take 95 North to Route 195, Exit 19 Take Exit 2, Gano Street / India Street off Route 195 and make a left turn at the end of the ramp. At eh second stop sign take a right onto Gano street. Go through the blinking yellow caution light and make a right hand turn at the 2nd full traffic light onto Waterman Avenue At the end of Waterman Avenue, you will now be in Richmond Square. Waterman Grille is located at 4 Richmond Square (directly to the left of the 5-story pink office building), and a large parking lot is located in front.

From Points West:
Take Exit 3, Gano Street off Route 195 and make a right turn at the end of the ramp. Go through the blinking yellow caution light and make a right hand turn at the full traffic light onto Pitman Street.

At the end of Pitman Street, bear left - you will now be in Richmond Square. Waterman Grille is located at 4 Richmond Square (directly to the left of the 5-story pink office building), and a large parking lot is located in front.

Take 95 North to exit 22A – Memorial Blvd.
At the 5th light, turn left.
Proceed over the Crawford Street Bridge, which turns into South Water Street.
Take first left onto Packett Street.
Take next left onto South Main Street.

From Boston:
Take 95 South to exit 22A – Memorial Blvd.
At the 5th light, turn left.
Proceed over the Crawford Street Bridge, which turns into South Water Street.
Take first left onto Packett Street.

From Fall River:
Take 195 West to the South Main Street exit #2.
Travel down South Main Street approximately a half mile.

Walking Directions from the RI Convention Center/Westin Hotel:
Walk out the North Entrance of the building, and turn left onto Francis Street.
Make an immediate right onto Memorial Blvd.
Follow until you get to the 5th traffic light and take a left over the bridge onto Crawford Street.
Crawford will turn into South Water Street.
Hemenway’s is located in the tall office building straight ahead once you walk over the bridge.
Walk through the park to the front of the building.
