What do I do if I lost my card?
If you have lost your card and would like to request a new one, please
fill out our form here. Please provide your first and last name, your address and your old card number if you have it. Your account information and points will be transferred to a new card and mailed to you.
I see a transaction of negative -500 points on my Fare Rewards point transaction history, what does this mean?
Each time you reach 500 points you will see in your Fare Rewards point transaction a debit of -500. These 500 points are debited from your Point Balance and converted into a $35 credit on your Dollars to Spend line. You will notice in your Dollars to Spend transaction history a credit for $35.
The $35 is credited to you in the form of a credit on your card.
There are no certificates, it is simply applied to you card.
How do I use my Dollars to Spend credit?
To use your Dollars to Spend credit(s) simply present your card to your server when you are paying the bill. A portion of the credit or the full amount can be applied to your bill. Credits will be deducted at time of request.
I know I’ve accrued 500 points and show have a credit, but I didn’t get anything in the mail.
The $35 is credited to you in the form of a credit on your card. You won’t receive anything in the mail, it is simply applied right to your card.
I have multiple cards, can I combine them?
Yes you can combine multiple cards into one. Please
fill out our contact form here. Please provide all your card numbers, your first and last name, your mailing address and please specify the card you want to keep.
