In the aftermath of the devastating earthquake in Haiti, the Newport Restaurant Group is committed to making a difference and we ask for your help. After you enjoy your meal with us, you will be asked if you would care to donate one dollar to assist in providing food, shelter, medical care, and hope to the poor of Haiti. Newport Restaurant Group will proudly add to your donations, and the total will be sent to the Haitian Health Foundation (HHF), a non profit group serving the poor in Haiti for over 28 years.

HHF’s founder and volunteer president is Dr. Jeremiah Lowney, a Portsmouth, RI resident whose daughter, Gail, is Director of Corporate Partnerships for Newport Harbor Corporation, the parent company of Newport Restaurant Group.

HHF’s wide ranging programs impact over 250,000 people in the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. HHF has received the highest rating (4 stars) by the watchdog group Charity Navigator, with over 91% of funds going directly to providing relief for the poor.

Their work is now more important than ever with tens of thousands of people in dire need of support.
