In terms the world of culinary events and to quote Churchill “It was our finest hour.” Our Long Trail Beer Dinner on January 24th truly brought the bar to new heights… literally and figuratively! The culinary team out did themselves; the tables were wowed beyond belief by the food that was complemented so well with the beers. Seth Wyman, Marketing Manager for Long Trail and Scott Burns of Long Trail lead the dinner magnificently explaining each beer pairing. This one is to be talked about for some time.
